Your photos become a custom 3D design.
We study your references and translate your pet's defining characteristics into a three-dimensional form. The piece is designed individually from the material you provide rather than selected from a pre-made model.

Your design becomes something you can hold onto.
Once the design is ready, your piece is produced using 3D printing and carefully prepared before it leaves the studio—a personal object made to keep, display, or give to someone who knows exactly why it matters.

What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photograph where your pet's face is visible. Natural daylight photos work best. We'll contact you before we start if the image needs any clarification.
How long does a piece take?
Typically 5–8 days from order confirmation. We'll keep you updated at each stage. Rush orders may be possible — contact us before ordering.
Can I request a specific color?
Each piece is printed in our studio's standard finish. You can add a note at configuration to specify preferences, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We share a studio photograph of the finished piece before shipment. If it's significantly different from what was discussed, we'll work with you to find a resolution.
Are Story pieces refundable?
Because each piece is made specifically for you, Story pieces are non-refundable once production begins. We encourage you to read all details carefully before ordering.
